Lifeworks Integrative Center is in-network with select insurance plans through Headway. Insurance participation may change over time, and coverage varies by individual plan. We encourage you to verify your benefits prior to your appointment.
If you plan to use insurance, your copay, coinsurance, deductible, or other out-of-pocket costs are determined by your insurance plan.
The length and frequency of follow-up appointments are determined based on your individual clinical needs. Payment is due at the time of service.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 business hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
