Your initial consultation is a comprehensive 60-minute evaluation. We will discuss your current concerns, medical history, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we will collaborate on a personalized treatment plan that may include therapy, medication, or lifestyle recommendations.
Yes. Medication management is one component of the care I provide. Treatment recommendations are individualized and based on your symptoms, goals, medical history, and preferences. Medication is prescribed only when clinically appropriate.
My primary focus is psychiatric evaluation and medication management. While supportive therapy is often incorporated into visits, many patients benefit from ongoing psychotherapy with a licensed therapist. When appropriate, I am happy to collaborate with your therapist as part of your treatment team.

Follow-up appointments vary depending on your individual needs, diagnosis, and treatment plan. Some patients are seen every few weeks, while others may be seen every few months once their symptoms are stable.
Medication refill requests can be submitted through the secure patient portal. Please allow adequate time for processing and request refills before your medication runs out.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
